Introduction to rotary dryer:

Biomass Dryer is suitable for dry the grain, sawdust, etc small granular materials. It can dry the raw materials quickly and with higher capacity.

Biomass dryer Hot air dryer prepare suitable moisture raw material for biomass briquette press. For briquetting press, it is only to control the moisture of raw material at a reasonable range that can make good reasult of biomass briquettes. Or the briquettes will be broken because of too loose or too dry.

The dryer working principle:

Feeding conveyor with frequency conversion send materials to dryer, also there are screw conveyor to connect the belt conveyor with dryer. The stove provide heat to dryer, there are burning room and three firewalls in stove, to prevent fire get into dryer; fan blower absorb hot air from stove across the whole dryer for drying materials, materials full contact with hot air, reduce moisture content; Materials go through the dryer, then discharging from air lock, the dryer requires full seal, air lock founction, one is discharging materials out of dryer, the other one is stop air get into dryer. There is system for dust collecting and air pressure realease, air-pipe, cyclone, air lock.

1. High heat efficiency. The principle of Heat Transfer of the cylinder dryer is heat conduction and the conducting direction keeps identical in the whole operation circle. Except heat loss of end cover and radiation loss, all heat can be used for evaporation of wet materials on the wall the cylinder.

2. Large operation elasticity and wide application. Various drying factors of the dryer can be adjusted, such as concentration of feeding liquid/thickness of material film, temperature of heating medium, rotating speed of the drum etc. which can change drying speed of the under dryer. As these factors have no interrelations each other, it brings great convenience to dry operation and makes it applicable to dry various materials and to meet different requirements of production.
